ManTech is looking for a skilled DCGS All Source Field Service Representative to provide critical support to our clients in the defense sector.

This role necessitates an ACTIVE DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver All Source Field Support Representative (FSR) services for ManTech's C4ISR Sustainment program in direct support of the U.S. Marine Corps.
  • Document and manage problem reports using Configuration Management Professional (CMPro).
  • Assist local commands with system upgrades, software enhancements, Maintenance Instructions (MIs), and other system-level support.
  • Provide on-site assistance for NIWC-Atlantic and MARSYSCOM Program Office as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, substantial hands-on experience in training, evaluation, curriculum management, and database management for C4ISR systems, including expertise in three of the following four areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance as indicated in DISS.
  • Recognized authority with proven leadership in C4ISR Program curriculum development, management, and instruction.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions, databases, and software link analysis tools such as Palantir, Advanced Analytics Technical Solutions (AATS), and ArcPro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear conveyance of program objectives and accurate technical documentation.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and providing technical support for end users of USMC Intel products.
  • Skilled in loading, configuring, and resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in training end users on the proper operation and maintenance of USMC Intel systems, whether in one-on-one or classroom settings.
  • Experience in submitting and updating problem reports in a web-based software tracking system.
  • Possess a minimum certification of CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of remaining in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700-$224,700. Various factors can influence the final salary or hourly rate, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education, and certifications, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
