Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver All Source Field Support Representative (FSR) services for ManTech's C4ISR Sustainment program, directly supporting the U.S. Marine Corps.
- Document problem reports using Configuration Management Professional (CMPro).
- Assist local commands with system upgrades, software enhancements, Maintenance Instructions (MIs), and other system-level support.
- Provide on-site assistance for NIWC-Atlantic and MARSYSCOM Program Office as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; or extensive hands-on experience in training, evaluation, instruction, curriculum management, and database management for C4ISR systems, including expertise in three of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance as verified in DISS.
- Demonstrated leadership in C4ISR Program curriculum development, management, and instruction.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise solutions, databases, and software link analysis tools such as Palantir, Advanced Analytics Technical Solutions (AATS), and ArcPro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear conveyance of program objectives and technical documentation.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and providing technical support for end users of USMC Intel products.
- Ability to install, configure, and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in training end users on the operation and maintenance of USMC Intel systems, whether in a one-on-one or formal classroom setting.
- Experience in submitting and updating problem reports in a web-based tracking system.
- Possess a minimum certification of CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).
Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of remaining in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700-$224,700, influenced by factors such as Contract Wage Determination, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications.
