This role necessitates an ACTIVE DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver All Source Field Support Representative (FSR) services for ManTech's C4ISR Sustainment program.
2. Document problem reports using Configuration Management Professional (CMPro).
3. Assist local commands with system upgrades, software enhancements, Maintenance Instructions (MIs), and other system-level support.
4. Provide on-site assistance for NIWC-Atlantic and MARSYSCOM Program Office as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, extensive hands-on experience in training, evaluation, curriculum management, and database management for C4ISR systems, covering at least three of the following areas:
• Systems Requirements
• Operational Requirements
• Test & Evaluation
• Training
- Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance as indicated in DISS.
- Recognized authority with proven leadership in C4ISR Program curriculum development and instruction.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise solutions, databases, and software link analysis tools such as Palantir, Advanced Analytics Technical Solutions (AATS), and ArcPro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity in program objectives and documentation.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and providing technical support for USMC Intel products.
- Capable of loading, configuring, and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in training end users on the operation and maintenance of USMC Intel systems, whether in a one-on-one or classroom setting.
- Familiarity with submitting and updating problem reports in a web-based tracking system.
- Minimum certification of CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $134,700-$224,700. Various factors may influence the final salary, including relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications.
