  • Flourish in a diverse and multicultural environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized communities.
  • Capable of completing tasks in a moderately noisy environment.
  • Interact with others and perform tasks both in-person and through technology, with periods of stationary activity and minimal physical exertion.
  • Regular travel between worksites is required; a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clear motor vehicle records are necessary.
  • Work in various settings, including LCSNW offices, partner agencies, community-based environments, client homes, outdoor locations in varying weather, and faith-based venues.
  • Meet LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and any other job-relevant clearances mandated by the State or program.

Role Expectations: All LCSNW team members are expected to uphold and promote the organization's values: compassion, integrity, interdependence, inclusion, and stewardship. Effective communication, collaborative relationship-building, and strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA standards are essential.

The Perks: We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes options for medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage; employer-paid short and long-term disability, as well as life insurance.
