Role Summary:
The Shelter Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shelter facility. This includes managing staff schedules, addressing operational requirements, and collaborating with the program manager to ensure that our services are delivered with a focus on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess an associate degree in Social Services or a related field, along with experience working with marginalized communities. A minimum of one year in a leadership role is preferred, along with strong communication and de-escalation skills.
