Job Summary

The Partnership Development Associate is a key role within Synergy Management Services, responsible for driving new business development and sales leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with upper-level executives, both internally and externally, and to adapt messaging to various sales prospect personas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect to hospitals nationwide to generate sales leads and schedule calls, collecting and recording data to identify and target sales prospects for marketing and outreach.
  • Follow a sales process workflow to include routine scheduled calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to establish relationships of trust and raise brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date facility data and contact information in Salesforce, as well as accurate outbound communication logs.
  • Provide timely and reliable support to the Chief Partnership Officer and other members of the executive team as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Partnership Officer, Partnership Development Managers, and Operations/Recruiting leadership to successfully onboard new programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a healthcare degree or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with upper-level executives, both internal and external.
  • Proficient and prompt word processing and internet browser research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment and may work in a remote environment, requiring the ability to maintain dependable internet and phone communication from a remote location.
