Job Description

Interco is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Help Desk Specialist to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot IT Issues: Resolve help desk tickets and provision workstations and users as needed utilizing IT Management tools.
  • Network Support: Troubleshoot connectivity and help manage user spam issues.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Diagnose issues with printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • System Administration: Administer Active Directory and make changes to cPanel, WordPress, Microsoft O365, etc.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor Nagios, CloudFlare, NinjaRMM, software updates, and patch management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or computer information systems.
  • Certifications and Experience: Candidates with an associate's degree or certification from a technical or vocational school may be considered. At least two years of experience as a network support technician or similar role.
  • Availability: Availability to perform urgent repairs outside of business hours.
Benefits:
  • Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 Annual Salary.
