Job Title: Help Desk Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at 4M Building Solutions. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other support teams as needed
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our help desk software
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and help desk software
