Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve help desk tickets and provision workstations and users as needed
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and manage user spam issues
  • Diagnose and repair issues with printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Administer Active Directory and manage cPanel, WordPress, and Microsoft O365
  • Monitor Nagios, CloudFlare, and NinjaRMM for software updates and patch management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or computer information systems
  • At least two years of experience as a network support technician or similar role
  • Availability to perform urgent repairs outside of business hours
