Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Michael Foods Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Interface with production supervisors and operators to gather information on equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate repairs, labor, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering, or 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
