Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at AEG. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Assist with data collection, data entry, and system testing within new projects.
  • Reporting: Pull weekly and monthly data for part-time staff reporting.
  • Platform Management: Manage AEG's Training Platform - Reporting & Platform Maintenance.
  • Staff Support: Facilitate part-time staff orientation via Zoom (evenings).
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support to local teams, including customer service emails and calls, and building and auditing programs on the AEG website.
  • Project Management: Prioritize conflicting needs; handle priorities expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Content Creation: Develop content, presentations, and other material for internal and external audiences.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with all information acquired.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work Friday between 8am and noon EST for at least one hour.
  • Availability: Must be available to work at least one evening per week (6pm - 10pm EST).
  • Education: High school diploma or accredited equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, or related experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets, experience and comfort with creating presentation decks, demonstrated ability to self-start, think ahead, problem solve, and engage proactively, as well as work as part of a collaborative team with tact, and creativity.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and attention to details.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task projects in a fast-paced environment.
