Sales Director

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales objectives and maximize profitability for the company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Team: Provide professional, organized, and effective sales leadership to our sales executives.
- Accountability: Hold sales executives accountable to all City Wide policies, including behaviors required to achieve sales goals.
- Operational Execution: Ensure the operational aspect of jobs sold are executed in an effective manner, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Personal Sales Objectives: Meet your own personal sales objectives as defined in your compensation plan.
- CRM Management: Manage our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Process Development: Develop processes that integrate the City Wide technology system within the sales process.
- Training and Coaching: Provide new employee training and orientation, as well as ongoing coaching and goal setting for all sales executives.
- Experience: 2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Goal Setting and Sales Management: Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Organizational Skills: Organized with territory management experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings.
