Job Summary:

BraveView, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our landscape services and design/build division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing revenue by finding and retaining maintenance contracts, enhancement sales, and selling design/build services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Manage a team of Account Managers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
  • Manage via KPI's that are established.
  • Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
  • Ensure the renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
  • Train Account Managers how to identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
  • Evaluate and approve estimates to make sure the achieve the accepted Gross Margins.
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Train how to develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
  • Run various KPI reports within the system to identify any trends that should be addressed.
  • Hold weekly meetings with Account Managers to discuss successes, challenges and goals.
