Job Summary:

About the Role:

As a Medicare Sales Representative at Highmark Health, you will play a critical role in promoting our Medicare Assured product to prospective members. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales and enrollment, generating leads and conducting outbound calls to prospective members, coordinating appointments and meetings with Sales representatives, and completing phone-based Medicare Assured enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls related to sales and enrollment, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Generate leads and promote the plan to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and features of our Medicare Assured product.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with Sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Complete phone-based Medicare Assured enrollments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Meet departmental standards for call production and quality, achieving monthly inside sales goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS Degree preferred.
  • 2 years of sales experience or 4 years of customer service experience required; PA insurance agent license required.
  • Customer service experience and telephonic sales experience preferred.

Work Environment:
