About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Termite Appointment Setter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating outbound calls to existing customers to set appointments for termite inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate outbound calls to existing customers to set appointments for termite inspections.
  • Communicate with customers effectively to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop a good relationship with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
  • Ability to diffuse and resolve situations with upset customers.
  • Set and meet goals and objectives set by leadership team.
  • Perform welcome survey and update payment method in the company system.
  • Schedule appointments and update subscriptions in Pest routes.
  • Creating a new subscription in Pest routes profile.
  • Scheduling the initial appointments with customers.
  • Responsible for customer follow-up.
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
  • Perform other related job duties assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Degree.
  • Entry-level Microsoft 365.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to establish rapport and closing sales.
  • A quiet and distraction-free working space.
  • Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps.
  • Jitter below 20 milliseconds.
  • Dedicate full attention to job duties during working hours.
