Position Summary:

I. GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications related to the marketing of Highmark Wholecare's Medicare Assured offerings.
  • Identifying potential clients and executing outbound communications to engage prospective members.
  • Arranging meetings, appointments, and interactions with Sales representatives.
  • Facilitating telephonic enrollments for Medicare Assured plans.
  • Adhering to call volume and quality benchmarks.
  • Meeting monthly sales performance targets.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing inquiries related to sales and enrollment processes.
  • Generating interest and promoting the Medicare plan.
  • Responding to incoming calls and providing necessary information.
  • Conducting enrollments via telephone.
  • Achieving departmental performance metrics.
  • Collaborating effectively with various departments.

III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales role or 4 years in customer service.
  • Possession of a PA insurance agent license.
  • Preferred qualifications include: BA/BS Degree, experience in customer service, and telephonic sales experience.

IV. RESPONSIBILITY SCOPE: This position does not include supervisory duties.

V. WORK SETTING: No travel is necessary for this role.
