About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is a global leader in the medical technology industry, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving sales quotas in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships with key surgeons in your assigned area, while maintaining clinical proficiency and business acumen.
  • Develop and Implement a Sales Plan to achieve quota for your assigned area, manage and track customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives, and report on sales progress and competitor and customer activities to your sales leader.
  • Plan and Execute Local Educational and Sales Events to augment the business and help deliver assigned sales goals, with the support of other internal resources.
  • Support Referral Network of key surgeons and work with key surgeons to educate referrals on Zimmer products.
  • Adhere to Company Policies and SOPs regarding interaction with HCPs, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities, and training.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to Gain In-Depth Understanding of customers and their requirements.
  • Clinical Proficiency in Trauma/F&A anatomy and willingness to work within a medical facility's operating room.
  • Technical Proficiency with the designated portfolio of products.
  • Ability to Communicate and Influence others.
  • Ability to Carry Weights up to 50 pounds of product and instruments.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of proven experience in a sales role, or a combination of education and experience.
Travel Expectations

Must be willing and able to drive a personal vehicle throughout your assigned territory.
