Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and overseeing the performance of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist with the day-to-day supervision of front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including handling bookings, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with team members across all departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year's supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language.
