  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Safeguard guest information and adhere to data protection protocols.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with team members across various departments through effective communication.
  • Assist management in training and developing both new and existing staff members.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a luxury hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Office, and property management systems is highly desirable.
  • Basic proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are required.
  • Availability for varied shifts and flexible scheduling is necessary.
  • Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA is required.
