Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest information, room assignments, and billing
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain front desk area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hotel standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
