Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during overnight shifts, ensuring smooth and accurate operations while maintaining a secure environment for our guests.

• Front Desk Operations: Handle check-ins and check-outs, answer customer inquiries, manage bookings, and process payments during the night shift.
• Financial Management: Perform end-of-day audits to reconcile hotel accounts, including verifying and balancing cash drawers and credit card transactions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and generate reports for management, including revenue reports, occupancy statistics, and other financial summaries.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Security and Maintenance: Monitor hotel security, ensuring that safety protocols are followed and addressing any issues that arise during the night.
• Communication: Maintain communication with day shift staff to ensure smooth handovers and address any ongoing issues.
• Property Management: Utilize property management systems to update guest information, manage reservations, and handle billing.
• Maintenance and Repair: Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department and ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
• Valet Services: Assist with valet services as needed, including managing vehicle keys, coordinating with valet staff, and ensuring prompt and efficient handling of guest vehicles.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain front desk procedures that are cohesive with Hilton Quality Assurance standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and consistent service quality.

• Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with Windows, Office, and property management systems is highly desirable.
• Language: Ability to understand, speak, read, and write basic English.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and professional instructions.
• Math Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts and weekends as required.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA.
