Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments and handle cash handling duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are available
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Professional demeanor and presentation appropriate for a luxury environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and training skills are essential
  • Positive attitude, team focus, enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to department needs and business volumes
  • Highly motivated, organized, goal and results-oriented individual who thrives under pressure
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
About DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview

DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is a 156-room full-service hotel located in the Riverview Square development, steps from Austin Peay State University and FM Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. It will comfortably accommodate groups of up to 250, and the meeting space features two ballrooms, a boardroom, and a breakout space, as well as an outdoor terrace. Our dining options boast elevated casual cuisine and weekend brunch, and private dining space will be available.
