Position: Front Desk Attendant - Part-Time on Weekends
We are seeking a personable and professional individual to manage all responsibilities associated with our Front Desk role at Goodworks Unlimited, an Independent Living Retirement Community situated by a picturesque Golf Course.
Work Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 6am to 4pm, with potential coverage for occasional weekday shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Coordinate transportation appointments for residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and posting menus.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to staff and residents.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a front desk receptionist or in a comparable position.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using WORD or similar software applications.
