Administrative Assistant

North Central Utility (NCU) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the NCU team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls and voicemails
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked office
- Greet guests and customers with a professional demeanor
- Distribute mail and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist the AR and AP teams as needed
- Process and manage rental contracts
- Credit card processing and make bank deposits
- Process credit applications and assist the Senior Accountant and/or Controller as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proficient with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
