Partners Personnel is currently seeking Administrative Assistants (2) for our client located in Forest Park GA. Our client is a globally owned home décor manufacturer associated as a primary provider of the best-known on-line shopping provider. This is their warehouse location in the Georgia vicinity.  The selected candidates will have experience working in a office in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and handling multiple clerical and administrative tasks along with being the first point of contact for office visitors. You must be fluent bilingual, English/ Spanish to be considered for this role. There are two shifts available, and the times are fixed: 1st  Monday -Friday 5:00am-12:00 pm( noon) and every Sat. 8:00am-12:00pm  and 2nd Monday -Friday 2:00pm – 10:00 pm and every Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm.

These are temp to hire positions.

Responsibilities:

·       Answering phones, greeting and directing visitors

·       Scheduling meetings, appointments, interviews

·       Emails internally and externally, interoffice communications

·       Assisting with payroll -data entry, scanning timecards

·       Assisting with HR duties as requested

·       Filing and document management

Requirements:

·       Bilingual English/Spanish – completely fluent verbally and written (mandatory)

·       MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency

·       Data Entry -Alpha and numeric

·       Proven reliability and attendance

·       Ability to take direction, work independently, communicate professionally verbally and via email
