Showroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Nonn's. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, and supporting our sales and design teams.

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and that the space is free from clutter and distractions.
• Support our sales and design teams by providing administrative assistance, answering phones, and handling customer transactions.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in interior design, customer service, and sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in interior design or related field preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move freely throughout the showroom.
