Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will possess experience in property management and meet the following qualifications:

A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Experience in managing multi-family housing is advantageous.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles is required.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are necessary.

Experience in contract preparation and budget monitoring is essential.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, diplomacy, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, departments, and situations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English.


Work Schedule
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), classified as non-exempt. The compensation range is $26.00 per hour.

Work Location
This role requires regular travel between properties in the greater Portland area.
