We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Advisor to join our team at Pro Search. As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering investment management and financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts in accordance with their investment objectives and provide actionable advice and guidance.
  • Communicate and support the implementation of our company's investing philosophy and portfolio management strategies.
  • Prepare and present market and portfolio updates to clients.
  • Develop and present customized and comprehensive personal financial plans.
  • Meet with and onboard prospective clients through a consultative sales process.
  • Support clients' financial planning needs by collaborating with their estate planning and tax advisors.
  • Work closely with Relationship Administrators to implement the ideal client experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial or investment advisory role.
  • College graduate with a minimum of an undergraduate degree.
  • CFP certification required, or progress toward achieving CFP certification.
  • Desired technological proficiency in Tamarac Reporting, Tamarac CRM, Tamarac Trading, MoneyGuide or eMoney Advisor, Microsoft Office, and Schwab/custodial trading platforms.

Compliance and Regulatory:

  • The wealth/investment advisor position requires individuals to take and pass state adviser and securities examinations.
  • Certain professional certifications and designations shall waive the exam requirements but must meet all other requirements.

Successful candidates will have strong emotional intelligence, superior decision-making and critical thinking skills, and the ability to determine and satisfy client needs and build and maintain a trusted relationship.

Salary will be based on experience, and compensation will include eligibility for individual and team-based bonus programs.
