Job Title: Right of Way Agent

Join our team at O.R. Colan Associates as a Right of Way Agent, where you will play a crucial role in acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, and communicating with property owners and their representatives to secure the necessary rights of way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire easements for a large renewable energy project
  • Prepare real estate documents and conduct property research
  • Communicate with property owners and their representatives
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of Right of Way acquisitions experience, including renewable acquisitions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Dropbox or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
