Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our patients, ensuring they feel valued and respected throughout their experience. This includes greeting patients warmly, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing any concerns they may have.

You will also be responsible for accurately collecting and processing patient information, utilizing our proprietary software to ensure seamless data entry. In addition, you will work collaboratively with other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the registration process.

Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable, but not mandatory. For this US-based position, the estimated salary range is $14.69 - $19.30 per hour, based on role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
