Position Description:

  • You will greet clients, conduct eligibility screenings, and assist taxpayers in assembling all required information and documents.
  • This is a fantastic chance to provide high-quality customer service and support site managers with operations tasks as needed.
  • Your primary duties will include protecting client confidentiality, completing specified paid training and tax certifications, and ensuring clients are ready to proceed in the tax preparation process.

  • Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish

Compensation and Benefits:
