Job Title:

A Personal Injury Intake Specialist plays a vital role in helping clients navigate challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client intake to gather case details and assess viability.
  • BUILD rapport with potential clients and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to guarantee accurate documentation and follow-ups.
  • GAIN valuable insights into personal injury law firm operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential.
  • A COMPASSIONATE, CLIENT-FOCUSED ATTITUDE IS KEY TO SUCCESS.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Interest in law, legal studies, or related fields is a plus.
Compensation Package:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year commensurate with experience.
  • Paid time off (20 days) and 12 paid holidays.
  • Medical, vision & dental insurance (100% of Base medical plan covered by the firm).
