Patient Intake Coordinator

This Customer Service Representative position plays a vital role in supporting the patient registration process at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and verifying patient information, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.

- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
