About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Smart Meetings. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks and other accounting systems
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Our estimated salary range for this position is $62,000 - $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
