Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager III to lead our retail banking office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the daily operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell bank products and services to existing customers and prospects
  • Guide the sales efforts of the platform team and ensure superior customer service levels
  • Manage the daily operations of the branch, including staff management and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure branch success
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a retail banking environment
  • Proven leadership capabilities and strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Basic business acumen and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
