Job Title: Registered Nurse House Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of House Supervisor at Mass General Brigham. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Operational Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for all services in the facility on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Nursing Staff Supervision: Provide supervision, support, and mentoring to nursing staff to promote staff development and adherence to standards of clinical excellence.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in hospital committees and the performance improvement process to ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting agency standards.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate leadership and communication skills to effectively manage nursing staff and ensure safe staffing levels.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of diverse and well-rounded clinical experience required; prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Licensure: Current licensure from Massachusetts Board of Registration as Registered Nurse required.
