Job Summary

Eastern Bank is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager III to lead our retail banking office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence, managing daily operations, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell bank products and services to existing customers and prospects
  • Guide the sales efforts of the platform team and ensure superior customer service levels
  • Manage the daily operations of the branch, including staff management and compliance
  • Build commercial relationships through business development activities, including personal visits and outbound teleservicing
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure branch success
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of management experience and proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong problem resolution skills and leadership ability
  • Basic business acumen and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
