Business Development Representative

The Account Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales, identifying opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to various types of customers. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a deep understanding of Motion Industries products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and researching industry directories and websites.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by interacting face-to-face and ensuring their needs are met.
- Understand complex customer requirements and prepare customized quotes for industrial products.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met for customers.
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; industry and sales experience preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- Ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using industrial product knowledge.

Salary Estimate:
