Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a positive work environment.
- Lead a team of RN Managers, Charge Nurses, RNs, Techs, and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and other stakeholders to drive hospital-wide initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a talented nursing team to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform data-driven decision making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Michigan State RN License
- 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in acute care services
- Proven ability to build cohesion among acute care teams and drive results-oriented initiatives
