Job Title: Director of Strategic Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Planning to join our team. As a key advisor to our executive team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide critical support in managing our organization's operations, initiatives, and direction.
  • Lead and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our President and other senior leaders, offering strategic guidance and support on critical business decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess our organization's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management and/or strategic planning and executive support.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential.
  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
