Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital product design team in developing and executing a strategic vision for our digital products, driving innovation and excellence in design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and technology leadership, to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design processes and standards that ensure consistency and quality across our digital products.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to designers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 5 years of experience managing and building a design team.
  • 5+ years of experience working with C-Level executives, identifying their requirements, and working with them to provide solutions that enable the business.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting strategic, research-driven solutions with an unwavering commitment to excellence in craftsmanship, execution, and decision-making across an array of projects.
  • Experience in the travel industry preferred.
