Job Title: Digital Product Manager Lead

As a Digital Product Manager Lead at Tentek, you will be responsible for leading the development of a digital product by defining the product roadmap and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify quantifiable business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and identify customer needs and pain points to drive business growth.
  • Develop and understand user personas and buyer personas, and create unique value propositions for both.
  • Monitor and analyze key product analytics to continually improve the product, increase retention rate, and boost customer lifetime value.
  • Write feature briefs that synthesize guest and business needs into a cohesive strategy and business case.
  • Develop and review comprehensive user stories that include functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and gherkin acceptance criteria.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Lead and maintain feature and backlog development, attending planning ceremonies to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with User Experience Designers, engineering, marketing, operations, QE, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product or other relevant experience; minimum of 3 years of working in the digital industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and/or relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical and user requirements with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven analytics and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data and metrics to justify project scope, make informed decisions, and support strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced digital organization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong and balanced relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Object Oriented UX.
  • Experience using hypothesis-driven design.
  • Operations experience in a theme park industry.
  • Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
  • 2+ years working on products that leverage Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Knowledge Aggregation, or Dynamic User Personalization.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
