Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Onward Search is a leading staffing and talent solutions company that connects professionals with top jobs at the nation's leading brands. We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team and drive the digital product strategy for a Fortune 500 entertainment client.

About the Role:

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and potential conversion to a permanent position. The Associate Product Manager will be based in Orlando, FL, and will work on-site 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the digital experience, advocating for the needs of the product team and collaborating with stakeholders to create outstanding digital interactions.
  • Develop and maintain the digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Translate the digital strategy into clear user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Support the feature development and backlog, participate in daily scrums, and drive priority decisions to remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of product requirements throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating with design, technology, and content teams.
  • Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy for digital experiences.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to advocate for the digital strategy with executive audiences and partners.
  • Monitor product performance, support A/B testing, and recommend enhancements to digital platforms.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of digital products, including product build, content configuration, and on-call collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication and accountability.
  • Deliver marketing and operations-related projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy.
  • Obtain necessary reviews and sign-offs from key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, brand strategy, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android release processes (preferred).
  • Drive digital product strategy, aligning with overall business goals and market trends.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple teams (marketing, design, engineering) to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools.
  • Effectively utilize Agile practices (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to manage product development cycles.
  • Leverage analytics and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
