Job Title: Dental Office Coordinator

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced front desk professional to join our team at Howard A. Silver D.D.S. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in practice management software, and have knowledge of Open Dental.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance
  • Coordinating treatment and payment plans
  • Maintaining a professional and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a dental office setting
  • Knowledge of practice management software, preferably Open Dental
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
