Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, algorithm, and software engineers, to define and develop high-performance hardware products.
2. Lead the formulation of system requirements based on user experience goals and technological limitations.
3. Identify critical challenges and coordinate teams to efficiently derive solutions.
4. Communicate the relationship between technical decisions and customer experiences effectively.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A deep understanding of consumer electronics system architectures.
- Proven experience in navigating system-level development trade-offs.
- Strong planning and execution skills in advanced consumer electronics product development.
- A solid technical foundation in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with rapid development cycles.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support development initiatives.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with camera systems, display technologies, and wearable electronics.
- Familiarity with vendor and contract manufacturer collaboration to establish build plans and provide clear guidance.
- A track record of leading diverse cross-functional teams to achieve optimal product solutions.

Education:
A degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
