About the Role

The Patient Experience Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze patient feedback and satisfaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and refine care delivery models that prioritize patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; RN licensure in the state of Kentucky is also required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an RN in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
