Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a charismatic Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team at Lexington Motor Sports. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on off-road vehicles and accessories, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements
  • Providing detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle or accessory for their needs
  • Building rapport with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Staying up-to-date with sales programs, promotions, and initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a dealership setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
