**Job Title:** Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience at our clinic.

**Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors and maintain patient accounts
  • Collect copayments or account balances
  • Schedule appointments for multiple providers
  • Verify insurance
  • Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining the reception area

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of medical administrative and clerical procedures, computer skills, and working knowledge of healthcare insurance. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary:** $22-$26 per hour based on years of experience
