Regional Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
">- A Regional Consultant will work with financial advisors to market Crossmark's products and identify new sales opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, solid organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and a passion for developing impactful client relationships.
Essential Responsibilities:
">- Develop and maintain relationships with existing financial advisors to promote Crossmark's products and services.
- Raise and retain assets within a geographic territory by making proactive phone calls to financial advisors.
- Deliver effective presentations to promote Crossmark products, services, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy.
Requirements:
">- Series 6 or 7, Series 66 (or equivalent) required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience preferably within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation:
">- $75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Commissions.
