Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing financial advisors to promote Crossmark's products and services.
  • Raise and retain assets within a geographic territory by making proactive phone calls to financial advisors.
  • Deliver effective presentations to promote Crossmark products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy.

Requirements:

">
  • Series 6 or 7, Series 66 (or equivalent) required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation:

">
  • $75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Commissions.
