Job Description

Red Frog Solutions, a leading provider of counter-drone solutions, is seeking a skilled Post Sales Professional Services Lead to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by proactively engaging with customers, preventing issues, and overseeing the resolution of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers to prevent issues and ensure successful project execution.
Manage project execution, contract deliveries, and overall operational execution.
Lead Support and Maintenance renewals, collaborating with customers and Sales leads to ensure seamless management of annual warranties and renewals.
Provide technical expertise during the sales process and support the sales team in promoting our CUAS product.
Participate in technical activities and processes with customers.
Serve as the customer's trusted advisor for all operational and technical aspects of their CUAS mission.
Respond promptly to customer issues and lead technical troubleshooting of both hardware and software-related issues.
Deliver local customer training sessions and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a post-sales/professional services lead, with a background in project management and technical support for technology products and solutions.
Previous experience in technical customer support organizations and managing projects delivering products or solutions.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the US.
Flexibility to respond to customer calls outside of regular working hours to address customer issues.
Experience working with multidisciplinary systems (software and hardware).
Familiarity with RF systems.
Knowledge of Networking & Telecommunications.

Desired:

PMP certification.
Familiarity with protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, ICMP, TCP/UDP).
